ZKSoftware Inc. is a branch of Sinocore Holding Group, SH Group specialized in venture investment, fin-ance, securities, real estate, Hotel and production of biometric technology with its patent. In September 1999, SH Group made investment into the biometric Technology Division and its affiliate, the R&D Center of Beijing Zhongkong Automation System Co., Ltd, then named this new company as ZKSoftware. ZKSoftware is dedica-ted to the promotion, popularization and localization of biometric technology based on its fingerprint algorithm.
