Kaifeng Lanxiang Electric Bicycle Co, Ltd is a joint venture invested by the Hongkong blue sky (International) Ltd. It was the largest electric vehicle production base in Central China, and was located at the Jinyuan Industrial Park in Tongxu County, Henan.
