SHENZHEN SI SEMICONDUCTORS CO., LTD., (SISEMI) founded in 1988 as one of hi-tech projects of SHENZHEN,CHINA. As a professional power semiconductor devices manufacturer, SISEMI owns the production lines which include both semiconductor wafers and semiconductor devices packaged in TO-92?TO-126?TO-220?TO-3P ect. We are the only one manufacturer of semiconductor wafers in Shenzhen. The 4"wafer fabrication production line of SISEMI has put into use in 1997.
