Beginning 2000 our Liaoning Province factory started producing Boron series products such as Borax and Magnesium Sulphate. At the beginning we only serve these two products for China Local Market and after running about two years, we consider to expand our market to foreign markets, at that time because of the Government Regulations, we as a factory could not apply the export license and must export our products through trading company (only trading company can get the export and import license).Since 2004, the Government Regulations about applying Export & Import License had changed; factory could apply their own Export & Import License and also the private owned company could apply Export & Import License.
