The history of Dongying Printing Materials co. Ltd., can be traced back to 1965 Guansu Gan Gu Ink Factory the first ink factory developed all by China itself. In 1985,  the Guangzhou Civil Affair Bureau was found under the strategic agreement between the Guangzhou Gan Gu Ink Factory and the Guangzhou Civil Affair Burea. With the full support of the government and the Burea, the R&D of water based ink gained success, making a shockwave to the whole industry.
