Xinjiang Tianye (Group) Co., Ltd is a large scale state-owned enterprise of Agricultural division No.8, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC). Xinjiang Tianye Co., Ltd and Xinjiang Water Saving Irrigation Co., Ltd whose holding company is Tianye group listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1997 and Hongkong Stock Exchange in 2006 Feb. respectively.In June 2008, 400,000 tons of PVC resin project was put into production, which was the first stage of 1.2 million tons of PVC resin united chemical project of Tianye group, a great number of advanced innovation, energy-saving and discharge-reducing technology internationally and domestically were adopted.
