We are the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the TongLing Trinity Technology Co.,Ltd.Our main products is Belt Conveyor Roller Bearing Housing and Relative Sealing Products.ZONFA uses the cold rolled sheet from the authoritative enterprise (Baosteel Co., Ltd. Ma Steel Company) to ensure the quality. With a powerful tooling business of the Trinity company as its background,we choose high-grade material and technology to provides customers high quality products.The advantages of our Punch-press Bearing Housing is high precision,good polish effect,no stretching scar or burrs which is preferred by roller manafaturer.There are lots of MOLDS in ZONFA and we have ability to open MOLD for customers according to drawings.ZONFA has more than 200 employees and 50 experienced technical management person,20 sets of opening hydraulic pressure machines,10 sets of the plastic injection machines,13 sets punching machines,7 sets lathe machines,4 punch-press bearing housing production lines and 1 Injection production line. ZONFA'S annual capacity of punch-press bearing block is 8,000,000-10,000,000 sets which covers TD75,DTII,TK,TKII and all the relative sealing products.
