Xinyi Manufacturing Enterprise Department is one of the departments established by its hoding company Xinyi Group. It supplies high quality steel structures and precesion sheet metal for various machinery and equipment, shipbuilding and marine engineering, petrochemical industry and telecommunication facilities.
Based on superiority of logistics of raw materials and familiarity with domestic steel market. We can supply raw materials at better price and lead time.
We have two factories, one is Hangzhou Xinyi Precision Cutting Co., Ltd. And the other is Suzhou Hetian Precision Sheet Metal Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Xinyi mainly produces steel structures and sheet metal for engineering machinery, and Suzhou Hetian maily produces Precision sheet metal parts and boxes and cabinetsEach of the factories has imported various first class world level facilites respectively. Such as Bystonic NC laser cutting machine from Switzerland, Prima NC laser cutting machine from Italy, Messer NC plasma cutting machine and flame cutting machine from Germany, Gasparini NC bending machine from Italy, Amada NC bending machine from Japan, Accur NC bending machine from Canada, Bystronic NC bending machine from Swizerland, Motorum NC punching machine from Japan, and Jing Fang Yuan NC punching machine in China.
We have been following our group management concept of "bass on human resources" and have built up a qualified technical management team and a skilled workers team, supported by 3 senior engineers, 10 engineers, 20 techinicians and more than 200 skilled workers. We also have passed ISO9001 qualification.
Our finish will be displayed at C-7251 in the Conexpo show in Las Vegas, USA in March, 2008. |
