CHANGSHU ZHSTEX FANCY YARN FACTORY is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of fancy yarns in China. It includes two factories: one in Guangdong Province and the other one in Jiangsu Province that is next to Shanghai with 99 KMs only. It covers more than 20,000 square meters and the staff is totally over 350. Now it has over 200 sets of imported machines, including Crocheting machine, Covering machine (three thousand spindlage) and Tubular braiding machine (one thousand spindlage), etc. So it can produce hundreds of products, such as Feather yarn, Tape yarn, Tubular yarn, Spine yarn, Covering yarn, Covered elastomeric yarn, Twist crimped yarn, etc. The day?s manufacturing capability overs 7 tons.
We put R&D in a very important place and developed many up-to-date products. We also take natural fibers into production and now have developed many new materials, especially we put Centipede yarn in batch production as the first company in China. Furthermore, we can not only produce yarns, but also we can process with customer?s materials.
