TC-S360 is vented tissue culture container, specifically designed for plant cell/tissue culture applications. It is a firm and clear plant tissue culture container made of highly purified polycarbonate/polypropylene which provides excellent light transmission (PC) and is autoclavable at 121?? The vent on the top of cover is sealed by a PTFE filter membrane (pore size: 0.02um) to eliminate bacterial and fungal contamination. The vent with a knob is adjustable for different ventilation rate to meet the different demands of gas exchange. The newly designed nesting stacks guarantees the cover and base box are fully sealed, and easy to open up. |
