Zhejiang Yunshan Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. is the fabric provider of Jeanswest.
Our company located in the economic and technological development area of Lanxi city, which belongs to the Tangtse River delta economic circle. There railroads and Zhe-gan route communicates and 330 country roads and Hangjinqu free way pass. It is three hours bus away from Shanghai and Ningbo port, two hours away from Hangzhou. Our factory has direct road to city and has a convenient transportation.
Our factory has two after-dyeing and two printing product line. Main equipments: Holand STOCK circle web printing machine, Germany BRUCKR heat setting machine, continuous padding mangle, speedy cloth mercerizing machine, combination machine, hair-polishing machine, computer color separation, laser setting and other advanced detecting equipment, which are managed with EPR computer information management. Annually dyeing and printing cloth amounts to 50million meters.
We have a group of technical talents, including advanced talents who were hired from abroad with high salary, 20-year-experience advanced engineers who graduated from China Weaving University, 10-year-experience on-spot supervisors, foreman technician teams and a group of repertory graduates with dye major. Since our company founded in 1990s, our main operation are: after-dyeing operation of pure cotton, pure cotton stretch, hemp, hemp cotton and cotton fabric, dope printing of knitting, tatting and non-woven cloth. We have a good fame of high quality, delivery time and after service and are welcomed by customers.
