Shandong Yuhuang Chemical Co.,Ltd , which was found in 1986,was originally named Dongming Welfare Chemical Plant , and then changed its name into Dongming Yuhuang Industry Co.,Ltd.in 1994. After successfully annexing Huahai Company in 2002,the company began to on its way of expanding. With the ownership changing,the company changed into joint stock company and was named Shandong Yuhuang Chemical Co.,ltd in 2003.
The main production equipments include: 100.000 mt/a C5 intensive processing equipments,60.000 mt/a disposition equipments,50.000 mt/a dimethylether equipments,40.000mt/a MTBE equipments,10.000mt/a liquefied gas equipments.
The leading enterprise products include: Isoprene, 1,3pentadiene, Dimethylether, Solvent naphtha, liquid wax, complex benzene, xylene, benzene, dicyclopentadiene, fine C5, liquefied gas, propylene, MTBE, light oil and etc.. The products are mainly used in chemical industry and vegetable oil extraction, paint, printing ink, insecticide, synthetic detergent as well as pesticide, medicine, synthetic resin, dope, rubber and plastic.
Products are best-sold in Beijing, Tianjin, Henan, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and several other provinces and cities.
Company??? products Dicyclopentadiene (DCPD), Isoprene, 1,3-pentadiene,fine C5 and etc. have filled technology vacancy in Shandong province. The products are appraised by the Province Technical Hall as the new products, the new material, and we have declared six patent that have Proprietary Intellectual Property Right, which include five invention patents and one practical new patent.
In 2005 Yuhuang realized the sale income 589 million RMB, the profits and taxes 53.42 million RMB, the turning in tax 22.816 million RMB. Yuhuang had completed the sale of 1.0178billion RMB, the profits and taxes 650 million RMB, exportation income USD 13million in 2006.
