The procedures accepted by us will be as follows:
1. Seller issue an Official offer letter with company stamp and signature ( in company letterhead)
2. Buyer issue an LOI alongwith its bankers details.
3. Seller issue an draft contract
4. Buyer and seller will signed and stamped the contract after mutually agreed the terms and conditions of contract.
5. Seller issue an 2% non-operative PB
6. Buyer will open full operative of credit payable at sight.
7. Seller will inform the buyer regarding the loading schedule of the material and arrange the visit of buyer representative to inspect the loading of material at the loading port.
8.Bill of lading will be issued by any a class shipping line.
