It covering an area of 5,000 square meters including 1,500 square meters for mould manufacturing, 1,500 square meters for plastic injection factory, and 2,000 square meters for Die casting factory. It's an ideal place for Mould & Die Making. Our company is specially engaged in manufacturing precision plastic injection mould, plastic & die-cast molds, aluminum mould and zinc die-castings and OEM&ODM service. Plastic mould and die-casting mould are our main manufacture products as well as the plastic products! We have fixed assets of more than USD 3 million and annual capacity of USD30 million. In order to satisfy various demands of clients, we also provide sourcing service based on rich experience in various fields.
We have particular expertise in complicated technical moldings for the electrical, automotive, automobile, family appliances, landscape equipments, computer, safety appliances, daily-use plastic, telecommunication devices and pharmaceutical industries. We can also arrange for competitively-priced manufacture of the final product, again in China or overseas, where the client requires this. We are the mould supplier for client such like GE, XEROX, NATIONAL, VISTON and SHARP etc. Full material inspection prior to production, random during production tests every hour, and 100% checks on all the products we export . Logistics support of shipping, export regulations, duty, taxes, and all other requirements, We have 16 technicians in our company including 10 persons with Bachelor degrees and 6 persons graduating from technical secondary schools.
