Our company is located in beautiful and rich west suburbs of Changzhou, at the crossing of No.239 Changzhou-Liyang provincial highway, and close to Hu-Jing railway, Hu-Ning expressway and Yanjiang expressway, so it owns convenient transportation. The company covers an area of 60 thousand square meters with 26 thousand square meters of building area. Besides, we have sales and service network around 20 cities of China. There are about 300 staffs in our company , where 39 junior and senior technicians and 7 authoritative experts of water pump in China are employed. We have established long-term technical cooperation with Jiangsu university, Gansu university, Yangzhou university and each provincial water resources institute.
At the beginning, our company was the production base of Shanghai Pump Works. During such over 30 years, more than 200 thousand sets of pumps in total were produced. Until 1996, Dongshen transformed to a joint-stock private enterprise because of the joint venture of Shanghai Pump Works with KSB of Germany.
The casting equipment and technology capacity of our company are at the top of water pump industry around the country, the monomer weight of ferrous castings has reached 25 tons, which can satisfy the auxiliary requirements of gray cast iron, nodular cast iron, various alloy cast irons of pump products. For the non-ferrous castings, we cooperate with Research Institute of Bronzes of Shanghai Jiao tong university, produce not only a variety of materials of castings of pump products, but also large-size bronzes arts and crafts. The maximum weight of the unit piece is 15 tons.
our company has 110 sets of major cutting and hoisting equipment and our storage scales hydraulic models and pattern specification series are in front of the same industry. Furthermore , we had manufactured and installed the double-suction split centrifugal pump and axial flow pump separately with the maximum caliber of 1400mm and 3100mm. |
