Zhejiang Shenzhou Woollen Textile Co., Ltd. is formed out of Zhejiang Shenzhou Woollen Textile Group Co., Ltd. through the reform of system, whose predecessor is Jiashan Woollen Textile Mill founded in Jan .1983. The Company is a very experienced woollen textile enterprise with complete sets of equipments for spinning, weaving and dyeing. It has rich technical force and powerful development ability. It Produces annually 1.5 million meters of high and medium-grade woollen fabrics of all kinds and 500 tons of knitting yarn with "SMAO" and "LUXING" brands, using such major raw materials as cashmere, dehair angora, alpaca, silk, superior Australia wool and New Zealand wool. Each technical index of these products has reached or even surpassed IWS standards. More than 65 percent of them are exported to over 20 countries and regions including Japan, South Korea, America, Europe, Australia, Hongkong, Macao, etc. Jacquard woollen fabrics and new tweed developed recently by the Company, made of special animal fibre, have passed the appraisal of new products at provincial level. With the characteristics of full quality, light weight, thinness, smooth hand feeling, warmness, bright colors, fashion and elegancy , they become noble-quality fabrics for dress and adornment in the new century.
