Panasia Optronic is a Sino-foreign joint venture. Registered in Hong Kong in 2001, we have an R&D center and production facilities in Shenzhen, China. Our two mainland subsidiaries are Shenzhen Hanyang Optronic Co. Ltd and Shenzhen Mingxing Technology Co. Ltd.
Our core design capabilities are focused on disc laser optics, mechanical design, software development, and manufacturing process development for digital disc players. We are actively engaged in a range of design projects for the latest generation of portable digital A/V, including DVD-ROMs, disc player combos, slim profile disc players, and micro storage/playback products, including pen-sized USB flash drives/MP3 players. We annually invest US$120,000 on R&D. Our R&D department has four sections: electric, structure, art design and material center. We emphasize product differentation, functionality and product quality. It usually takes us 15 days to develop a new product. Over 30 market-driven products are developed each year on average.
At Panasia Optronic, we have two dust-proof workshops, two conveyors and four finished product assembly lines. Our investment in machinery includes industry standard production and testing equipment for design-to-manufacture of disc player components and finished products.
