Wahong Electronic (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is a Shenzhen plastic tooling enterprise integrating with developing, designing, prototype-making; molding; injection; manufacturing and exporting the created electronics products and personal care products. The tooling workshop and products factories are both located in Nanan industrial district,Hongxing; Songgang town, Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, Mainland China . With ten years' persistent efforts and supported by our own advance management and the special enterprise culture, Wahong has developed from the single plastics tooling factory of 1995 into a medium modern enterprise employing over 500 personnel. Utilizing advanced equipment and abundant experience technology, Wahong has her plastic molding; plastic injection; tooling engineering; prototyping; R&D, quality control, assembling and marketing departments. Currently, our workshops is equipped with 3 CNC machines; 4 wire-cut machines; 2 drilling machines; 4 grinding machines; 3 lathes; 1 3D coordinate measurement machine; 22 injection machines (plastic injection machine arranges from 50 Tons to 500 tons) and 3 fully integrated production lines, covering an area of 10,000 square meters . Operating with a commitment to quality, Wahong facilities adheres to rigorous ISO 9001,2000 version quality control system and CE standard. Depending on strong R & D; up-to-date equipment; reliable quality control system and advance management, our plastic tooling service and stylish electronics as well as other series products have received warm welcomes in United States, Japan, Singapore, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands and North America markets.
