San You (Suizhou) Food Co., Ltd., producing and exporting mushrooms, is a leading food company in Suizhou which was invested by Hubei Yinzhao Food Co., Ltd., Hubei Sangang Food Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Huahe industry Trading Co., Ltd.
Our company registered in November 2005 with registered capital of 2 million dollars. Covering a total area of 133,334 square meters, we own a construction area of the first stage of 14,000 spare meters. Our leading products are dried mushrooms, Jew's-ears and dehydrated vegetables, which are sold to Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Europe, America and Hong Kong.
Our traditional production mode is just to get rid of coarse part of products and sell final fine products to customers. We have changed primal way and brought in high-tech machines to further process and make high value-added production. Our primarily new products: 1) in small bag series, including refined dried mushrooms, compressed agarics, gingkoes, fresh chestnuts and mushroom powder, 2) in tin series, including refined mushrooms, gingkoes and fresh chestnuts, 3) extracted sugar from mushroom scrap and Lingzhi capsule. All products above have driven the development of agriculture industrialization of Hubei.
Presently, the first stage of our construction project has been finished. Our investment has reached 35 million Yuan till now, and our primary production equipment is imported from Japan. In 2008, our export exchange reached 50 million US dollars and our profit and tax reached 30 million Yuan.
