Dynacast Dongguan, established in July 2009, is the latest addition to the Dynacast family. Strategically located in the heart of Guangdong Province, Dynacast Dongguan is able to deliver high precision quality parts to the leading manufacturing hub in Southern China. Spanning 6000 square meters (Phase One), Dynacast Dongguan is ready to create a benchmark in terms of quality standards in Zinc and Aluminum precision die casting. Managed by an experienced team of leaders, Dynacast Dongguan was able to receive new orders within weeks of the new opening.
Located in one of the 2 most successful economic zones in China, we are able to support customers from Southern China located in Hong Kong, Guangdong Province, Fujian Province, Hunan Province and even Taiwan.

6 Multi-Slide Proprietary Zinc die casting machines ranging from 4 to 8 tons.
2 Conventional Zinc machines, 60 tons.
2 Aluminum die casting machines: 125 & 350 tons.
Facility designed for up to 30 multi-slide machines and 10 conventional zinc/aluminum machines.
Offering design, prototyping and modeling services. Precision tool building capability in house.
Offering a wide range of finishing services including barreling, polishing, shot blasting.
Offering a wide range of secondary processing including CNC machining, tapping, reaming, drilling both in-house and through an extensive network of certified suppliers.
A network of certified suppliers to offer any cosmetic or protective coating you may need to finish your product. |
