We are Dingsheng Aluminium group in China. Our company is the largest aluminum foil manufactures in Eastern China which has three factories, one is in Zhenjiang, and the other two is in Hangzhou, they are all very close to Shanghai. Our company covers an area of more than 860.000 m? the registered capital is RMB240 million and the revenue is RMB2.8 billion. We have 3000 employees all together, and the percent of engineers and technical workers are more than 20%.
In Zhenjiang plant, there are 19 continuous casters and 7 cold rolling mills and 8 foil mills equipped with auto gauge and flatness control systems (AGC) purchased from Britain Siemens and Auto flat control systems (AFC) Purchased from USA Honeywell. The annual capacity is over 200,000 tons. The main products in Zhenjiang plant are, Flexible Packing Foil, Lid foil, tapes foil, Household foil, Smei-rigid container foil (bare and pre-lubricated), cable foil, pharmaceutical foil, aluminium sheets, tread plate, aluminum strip, foil stock, aluminum fin stock.
In Hangzhou plant, there are 9 mills are special for produce double zero foil, the thickness main produce is between 5.5micron to 12 micron. The annual capacity is about 50000Mt .
