Wuxi Vekway Special Fiber Co., Ltd. is directly invested and established by Shanghai Vekway Imp & Exp Co., Ltd., which is specially producing all types of high quality monofilament yarns, industrial yarns and special fibers according to customer's requirements. We have strong background of chemical fiber science and technology and also take an important role in chemical fiber textile machinery manufacture.
A) Monofilament yarns (PA6, PA66, PET, PP and PE) extruded by water cooling extruding lines, with the diameter specification from 0. 07mm to 4.0mm
B) Polyester and nylon monofilament yarns (12D/1F, 15D/1F, 20D/1F, 25D/1F, 30D/1F, 40D/1F, and 50D/1F) are widely used for common textiles, filtration fabrics, and screen printing fabrics.
Yarns from our new production lines have the characters of even diameter deviation, low shrinkage, high tenacity and good elasticity. Different colors can be specially produced according to customer's requirements. All kinds of functional monofilament yarns, fire retardant yarns, anti-static yarns, anti-bacterial yarns and low melting yarns are available as per requests. Our yarns are widely used in filtration fabrics, screen printing fabrics, paper manufacturing area, tyre fabrics and related industrial and textile areas.
C) Nylon high twisted yarns of 15D/1F, 17D/1F and 20D/1F, monofilament twisted yarns of 0.08mm to 0.50mm and 2 x 3 and 3x3, BCF yarns, monofilament textured yarns.
D) Nylon trimmer lines of 1.5mm to 4.0mm and nylon/polyester/PP monofilament sewing threads of 0.08mm to 0.5mm.
E) Polyester/Polypropylene/Polyethylene flat monofilament yarns, with the thickness of 0.02mm to 0.2mm, and the width of 0.1mm to 5.0mm.
