Established in 1989, Hebei Huami Rubber Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of rubber compound and rubber seals. The company is close to Beijing-Shenzhen expressway and has convenient transportation, which covers an area of 10,000 square meters, with factory area of 8000 square meter. The area of factory would be 99,000 square meter after expanding project. There are 20 senior and 36 junior technician in our technical team. The company had introduced international first-class production equipment and inspection equipment, adopted advanced production technology, and established further cooperation with many enterprises, units and institute—to build up the base of research center.
Our company is appraised ?The Recommendation Products to Europe Union Market? by French Technology Quality Intendance Value Committee in 2002, and has passed three system certificates of SGS in 2006, which include ISO/TS16949:2002, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:1999, and have been recognized to be Hebei High-tech Enterprise in Aug, 2007.
Nowadays, the company has build up the centre of research of Hebei Huami Rubber Products, The centre mainly make the research and development Auto Rubber Parts, which include Mould Design Dept., Technology and Tool Dept., Material Prescription Design Dept., Center Lab, Mould Process Center, The Centre of Rubber Mixing etc.. The company can produce 5000 tons of gross rubber and 90 million sets of rubber seals per year. We have the higher ability to sale and complete aftersales service system.
