Tongxiang Tosun Rubber Plastic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tosun) is a joint-stock enterprise integrating development, production and trade. Tosun is endowed with ideal geographic conditions and convenient traffic, only 100 kilometers from Shanghai in the east, the largest harbor in China, and 60 kilometers from beautiful West Lake Hangzhou in the west.
Covering a floor area of 6,000 square meters and a building area of 4,000 square meters,Tosun has a vigorous production and development team,
and more than 100 employees. Including 6 engineers in charge of rubber extrusion,rubber molded,rubber parts design and formulation development. Tosun is capable of independently designing and manufacturing moulds according to customer supplied drawings or samples and technical requirements; in addition,Tosun , by designing formulation in the light of material physical property, accurately and quickly develops the new products in accordance with customers' requirements.
Tosun owns more than 30 of curing presses, rubber mixing machines and extruders of different sizes and models. Our products mainly include rubber stopper and cap, gasket, tube, sealing element, shock absorber, as well as various profile extrusion plastic parts. The rubber materials mainly cover silica gel, viton, butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, ethylene-propylene diene copolymer, neoprene, natural gum, butadiene-styrene rubber, butyl rubber and the like. Plastic materials comprise nylon, makrolan, daicel, high-low pressure polyethylene ABS.PVC and thermoplastic elastomers TPE and TPR. |
