Zhejiang Tormin Electrical Co., Ltd., a high-tech private company, specializes in the research, production, and sale of industrial lighting apparatuses that have been widely applied to industries related to petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, electric power, railway, coals, fire prevention, public security, military, emergency service and disaster relief.

Tormin has a powerful research and development team that is focused on the development and creation of new products, and is the patent demonstration and patent key protection company of Wenzhou Municipality. Some of our product lines have applied the subsidy from Whenzhou Scientific and Technological Fund. Furthermore, our company possesses precision experimental facilities, advanced mold manufacturing and machining center, and a number of state-of-art testing equipment, including spectroscopy equipment, distribution photometers, temperature-humidity test chambers, salt spray test chambers, and others, which secure product quality in all aspects.

Tormin has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certificate from the authoritative classification society. All our explosion proof lamps have been manufactured in strict accordance with national standards GB 3836 (for electric apparatus in explosive gaseous environment), tested in State Explosion Proof Test Center, and have acquired relevant qualifications with regard to explosion resistant capability. All our lamps used in fire fighting environment have undergone types of tests in State Fire Equipment Test Center and have to be approved additionally at the plant on a regular basis. In addition, a majority of our products have been filed for national patents and have reached internationally advanced level. These products have created a good image of our company in the market and win the popularity among our users. Tormin now is a member unit of China Illuminating Engineering Society.
