With powerful capital strength and advanced production equipment, the company has set up 3 branches in Dongtou, Shanghai, Qingtian. The factory covers a floor area and building area of 28640m2 and 24340 m2 respectively. There are currently more than 230 employees and 40 engineering technicians, including 10 senior engineers. By introducing international advanced management pattern and attracting technical elites of valve industry, the company has had large scale intensive production capacity after twenty years of development. Many workshops of welding, mechanical processing, assembly and paint-spraying are set up in the company. There are processing centre, numerical control machine tool, plasma resurfacing welding as well as over 200 sets of various valve processing machine equipments.
Main products include: gate valve, globe valve, ball valve, check valve, butterfly valve, hydraulic control valve, ANSI valve, sanitary level valve and pipe fittings, which have more than 30 varieties, with over 130 series and thousands of models and specifications. These products are designed and manufactured according to domestic and overseas standards such as ISO?API?ANSI?BS?DIN?JIS?GB?JB and so on. They are widely applied to the industries like petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, pharmacy, food, electric power, supply and discharge of water, and so on. All products have been sold far to large and medium sized enterprises at home. The company is dedicated to exploring international markets to have currently exported millions of sets of valves, which are sold abroad to more than ten countries and regions in Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe and America, enjoying good reputation among numerous customers. |
