I am Tanya. Our company is Jiangyin Zhengbang tube-making Co., Ltd which is located in the beautiful fish and rice plain in the south of the Yangzi River, shangguan town of Jiangyin City, China. It covers an area of 12,000 square meters, with the standard factory building of over 6,000 square meters. We have about 100 employees, among whom 15 are senior engineers. Our company specialized in manufacturing precision seamless steel tubes, high-precision and high-pressure oil pipes and copper plating tubes for refrigerators. With the excellent equipment, powerful technical force, advanced engineering process and well-appointed examines, we make our products are widely used in the industries of the automobile, engineering machinery, machine tool industry, shipbuilding, automotive pipeline, heavy-duty truck, special vehicle, railway locomotive, heavy-duty industry, diesel engine, metal forming machinery, injection molding machine, compressor, utility boiler, generating equipment, tractor, motorcycle, hydraulic machinery and refrigeration, etc. The products of our company have already passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification. We also have long-term cooperation with SANY HEAVY INDUSTRY CO., LTD. We supply DIN 2391 high precision black phosphated seamless steel tubes and cold-drawn seamless steel tubes (polished) to them.
Our raw materials are mainly from Shanghai Baosteel Group such as ST35, ST37.4, ST45, ST52, Icri8Ni9Ti, 35CrMo. The Products are as per DIN 2391, EN10305, etc.
