Jiashan Taili Honeycomb Products Co., Ltd, located in Jiashan County Zhejiang Province, about 60 kilometers from Shanghai Hongqiao airport and 100 kilometers from Hangzhou, is a professional enterprise specializing in paper, aluminum and Nomex honeycomb core products researching and developing, manufacturing, marketing and servicing. After establishment in 1999, it was granted the ISO9001-2000 Quality System Certificate and the honor of private technological enterprise of Jiaxing City.
It possesses a perfect manufacturing and R&D Center with the annual capacity about 100,000 M2 of Nomex honeycomb core which is made of aramid paper finished with fire-retardant phenolic resin. This honeycomb core has the performance of anti-fatigue, anti-corrosion of chemicals, and good property of electrical and radar conductive. Nomex honeycomb sandwich structure is used in aircraft, aerospace, high-speed boat and train, radar and et al. It took the lead in developing the wave-absorbing material to be used in military, aeronautic and other industries. Meanwhile, it has 4 sets of advanced aluminum honeycomb core production lines and full set of heat pressure equipment, milling machine, glue spreader and so on with annual capacity more than 200,000 m2. As a new material, aluminum honeycomb is widely used on decoration material, household appliance, lightening, furniture, communication and so on. Furthermore, 2 paper honeycomb core production lines with annual capacity of 2,000,000 M2 and honeycomb panels equipments can meet the customers???requirements on many kinds and specifications of honeycomb paper, pallet, packing box, buffer cushion and so on.
