Platinum temperature sensors are produced on a ceramic base chip with a thin film laser structured platinum layer.This type of construction ensures the highest possible stability.For operating temperatures up to 400 锟?connecting wires from silver-palladium are used, whilst on higher temperatures the wires are platinum wires.Platinum temperature sensors are available in various shapes and dimensions. The resistance values can be produced to standards or customer specific requirements; all conform to the requirements of DIN EN 60751.,Depending on applications the sensors can be protected with glass or ceramic cases against environmental influences.
For simple installation into temperature probes we offer standard sensors for a range of -100 锟?to +1000 锟? These sensors can be supplied with 2, 3 and 4-wire connection and different cable lengths. For special applications we can offer advice in development and production of samples and small batch production.
Our temperature sensor elements are also used successfully as components in resistance thermometers.The construction process of the elements ensures a high degree of reliability in many applications. Even in very small sizes short response times and long term stability are maintained. Our volume production permits us to offer clients very competitive prices. Special shapes and dimensions to customer requirements can be developed and produced with short lead times. |
