Shenyang Longyuan Enterprise Group is a big-sized unite group enterprise, established in 1998,which integrating manufacture, distribution, construction and research. It is specialized in the manufacture of polyester-based non-woven(polyester mat), fiber glass imbed polyester, roof underlayment, waterproof memrane, self-adhesive membrane and so on.. The annual output approximately USD 60 million. We are member of NRCA of USA.
The group has 10 branch companies(factories), in Shenyang, Beijing, Haerbin and Jiamusi separately, and has built a big manufacture plant and institute based in Bazhou industrial garden of Hebei province. We hold advanced modified asphalt automatic production line total value RMB4.42 million, imported advanced technology from Italy. At present, there are 490 employees, 35 of whom have professional technical titles.
General Products
A) Series of polyester based nonwoven(120g-300g).
1. Short fiber IS -I type: 180g-200g/m2, annual output 30 million m2
2. Short fiber IS-II type: 250g-280g/m2, annual output 10 million m2
B) Roof underlayment.
1.Used for asphalt shingle(Upper surface is thin sand)
2.Used for mental tile(Upper surface is polyester).
3.Slip- resistance underlayment.
C) Self-adhesive waterproof membrane.
1. Self-adhesive without fabric(Upper surface is aluminium).
2. Self-adhesive with fabric.
3. Without fabric, cold applied, waterproof membrane.
We ensured the quality of the products with advanced technologies, scientific management, powerful technical force and conception of constant innovation. The polyester mat has passed the ISO9001-2000, and the others products also awarded by many honorable certificates. The products has been sold to American, Russia and its surrounding countries and areas, and appraised well by the customers. |
