Hebei Co-fondry Corp is headquarted in the capital
city of Hebei Province, ShiJiaZhuang, 300km from
Beijing, 300km from Tianjin port, 1700km from Shanghai
. It is superior in Geographical position and
convenient for transportation. The Corp consists of a
group of foundries with excellence.
All of our member foundries are certified by
ISO9001:2000 and have an experienced quality control
team and a strict quality control system.
We have full range finishing capabilities to help the
customers design , develop, and make their products in
castings, forgings, and machined parts. We provide our
customers with good quality Turn-key service.
The Corp has advanced moulding, melting, casting, and
machining equipments. The state of art testing and
controling facilities such as fast intelligent
detector in front of the stove ensure the superior
quality of our products. In addition we have a
systemtical elements analysis, hardness measurement,
metallographical examination, bearing-pressuse,
water-pressure tests, and nondestructive evaluation
facilities.
We have expertises in sand casting, die casting,
investment casting, and permanent mold casting. The
Iron and alloys we deal with cover Iron castings of
various kind trade marks, steel and alloy steel
castings, stainless steel castings, Aluminium and
aluminium alloy castings, Zinc castings, Magnesium
castings, and Titanium castings. Our products are a
long list of casting parts including auto parts,
valves, pump, pipes and fittings, motor parts, engine
parts ,cookware, kitchen equipment etc... We have
supplied casting parts to industries of textile, oil,
mining, metallurgy, power station, construction and so
on.
