TOPPER is a private-owned company, and an export-oriented manufacturer located in Shanghai, China.
We are well known both at home and abroad for our excellent products and service. We produce high-quality (Stainless steel, Carbon steel, Duplex steel, Alloy steel, Nickel alloy steel, Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy, etc.) pipe fittings, seamless stainless steel pipes/tubes, flanges and provide pipe prefabrication service. With a skilled staff of 196, we have attained the capability of approx. 300 tons of fittings and 400 tons of pipe/tubes per month for application in oil & gas industry, power plant, chemical industry, petro-chemicals, food & pharmaceuticals, ship building, pump & paper making and other engineering fields.
We take pride in our long-term relationships with world finest raw materials producers (BAOSTEEL, JIULI and WALSIN). All our products conform to DIN, ASTM, ANSI, MSS, and other applicable standard. Most of the factories working with us are ISO 9000 certificated. We also provide mill test reports stating chemical and mechanical properties for each order.
We have approved by PED/TS/TUV/AD2000/WPS, etc. and attained certifications such as ISO9001/ISO18001/OHSAS18001. We are honored by China Sinopec as one of the first-class suppliers. Also, we are proud of maintaining great relationship with CSSC, CNPC, CNOOC, SHNEHUA Group, SINOCHEM and so on. We exported our materials over 46 countries and exported annual sales about USD 65 million.
We have about 500 tons stocks of fittings in warehouse, We can delivery the stocks within 7 days.
We could arrange all the necessary insurance, including products liability, transport damage and shortage claims, although in the rare instances that they may occur. And we cooperate with the most reputable and import and export procedures, including customs inspection, clearance and duty payment, etc.
