Shandong Yanzi Precision Casting Co., Ltd. was established in 1994. It is located near to Jinan city, with an area 68000 square meters, and the building area is 12000 square meters. It has convenient location for air, railway, ocean and road transportation, 38 kilometers far away from Jinan International Airport, 500 meters away from Beijing-Fuzhou expressway, 380 kilometers away from Qingdao sea Port. The total investment is RMB 30,000,000, and the fixed assets is RMB 16,700,000. The grade of bank reputation is AA. There are about 360 workers and staff members, among them, 80 are technicians, 39 are responsible for managing.
Our company mainly produces all kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel precision casting parts, is one of the largest scale professional precision-investment casting production bases in China. Our annual output is over 1200 tons. The materials involved in investment casting are widely used, up to now, we have developed more than 80 kinds of materials for production, the adopted material standards can be involved with GB of the State; AISI of America; DIN of Germany; JIS of Japan, etc. The products also are widely used and nearly cover all machinery-producing and machining industries that need this application, such as machinery、ship-building、train & railway、automobile & motorcycle、electric machine、hardware、agricultural machinery、appliances、construction, More than 1000 kinds specifications of products developed by our company are mainly exported to USA, Germany, Japan, Ireland etc.. 90% of the products are for exporting.
