NII, the dominant share holder, is famous in the field of venture capital investment and investment bank , which has invested and managed a lot of companies in scope of optical electric, optical communication, medical technology, biological engineering, environmental protection and so forth, as well as securities, insurance, and trust service, experiences richly in capital investment and management .
General manager Dr. Wei Rao, with master degree of Material from Beijing Aeronautic & Astronautic University, and M.D. from Wuhan Industry & Technology University, has been engaged in basic theory and engineering technique of organic-inorganic nano-composite material and its application in life science for a long time, presented at first new theory of synthesizing or ganic-monomer with inorganic nano particles worldwidely by cooperation with his director, professor Yuan Runzhang. Depending on it, Dr. Wei Rao invented the new material, the third generation nano-composite magnetic microbeads绔婏拷hich is certified State Invention Patent , and rewarded the third Prize in Hubei Province锟斤拷 Scientific Progress. Dr. Wei Rao set up magnetic average phase enzyme immunoassay system and magnetic average phase chemo- luminescence immunoassay system by first application of nano-composite magnetic microbeads in 1990锟斤拷, and industrialized it.
