Terms & Conditions:
1. A. PET Cold-washed Clear (White) Flakes (C&F Shanghai)
a) Rate: US$480/MT C&F Shanghai.
b) Quantity: 105mt (Net Weight) in 5x40'High Cube Container
1. B. PET Cold-washed Green Flakes (C&F Shanghai)
a) Rate: US$440/MT C&F Shanghai.
b) Quantity: 21mt (Net Weight) in 1x40'High Cube Container
2. PVC Contents in the flakes: Max 0.05%
3. Packing: 25kg PP woven bags.
4. Delivery: Shipment within 30 days from the receipt of the TT or L/C.
5. CCIC Certificate: The cost of CICL Hong Kong to issue Buyer 'advice letter' would be borne by the Buyer. The Seller will send all the shipping documents with copies of B/L and stuffing pictures to CICL HK and also to the Seller as e-mail attachment. The CICL-HK would evaluate and issue "Advice letter" to Buyer's address, enabling Buyer to get the cargo inspected by CIQ at Shanghai port on arrival of the containers.
6. Validity: This offer is valid upto 05-12-2008
7. AQSIQ Licence: We have AQSIQ Licence No. A050040048 renewed and valid upto 31-12-2010.
PS. We have exported 369x40'hc containers, 8201MT, earned US$ 5,647,077/- since July 2003.
