Dear Sir
We are Shanghai Li Ming Institute of Polymer, we have developed by oneself special purpose rubber compounds with high performances equal to the advanced world levels. The main rubber compounds are
1,the general rubber compound has an excellent tensile strength , a dynamic fatigue resistance, a high temperature performance (150?), a low temperature performance( - 40?) and an ozone resistance. The general rubber compound is specially used in making the automotive parts such as a seal , jacket, exhaust hose, airfeed hose, V belt and toothed belt.
2,the oil resistance rubber compound has not only a gasoline and diesel oil resistance but also an ethyl alcohol and toluene resistance while maintaining a high temperature performance (150?) and ozone resistance. It could be made the automotive oil delivery hoses , power rotary hoses, jackets and films. We could make rubber parts and cable jacket used in an oil field with the oil resistance rubber compound.
3,the rubber of resistance to refrigerant (i.e. R134a,R152a) is used in making the parts such as seals , pads, ?O? rings and hoses which are applied to vehicle air, conditioners, refrigerators, large and middle scales of refrigerating plants and a shaft packing used in air conditioning system. The properties of this rubber are more superior than those of the hydrogenated nitrile rubber available recently. Meanwhile the sale price is a half of the price of hydrogenated nitrile rubber .We could supply standard specimen for your test.
