We provide machining products,machined castings,castings,investment castings,die-casting parts,sheet metal parts,welding parts,stampings,forgings,sintered parts, plastic injection parts as well as other standard parts to our customers all around the world.
We have our own machining shop,sheet metal & welding shop and foundry plant in Suzhou,Ningbo and Shanghai. We had years of experiences in precision machinging and general machining processes (turning,milling,boring,grinding,honing).We can make machining processes from small size parts to large size parts up to length 10 meters and diameter up to 3 meters, with our state-of-the-art CNC machine centers and general machines array.Whether the material is steel, castings ,welding structure,alloy, or even non-metal material, we can meet your high accuracy requirements continuously .Meanwhile we always keep our best flexibility to meet customers' prototype service, small volume or high volume demands.
Our sheet metal & welding shop have all type of cutting(including laser/plasma/flame cutting), forming and welding processes in house. The maximum thickness for carbon steel we can cut is 300 mm. We have rich experiences in both sheet metal forming and thick parts cutting & welding processes.
