Sunyea Valve is a leading manufacture of industrial valves in China with head office located inShanghai SongJiang district.
Now SUNYEA have two factories, Shanghai Sunyea, Wenzhou Sunyea and one India office.Shanghai SUNYEA covers a area 42,000 m2. It processes complete production facilities onmachining, welding, assembling, pressure testing, packing and storage. Since the founding of the company in 1999, it has been focusing on developing and manufacture industrial valves. Ourproduct are exported to over 30 countries and regions around the world, including main marketsin North America, West Europe and Middle East.
To ensure high quality of products, SUNYEA is equipped with computerized or numerical controlled machines, such as horizontal CNC machine center, CNC lathes and CNC drilling machines. SUNYEA has massive pressure testing equipments to have each valves strictly tested on high pressure shell, high pressure sealing and low pressure gas sealing before delivery. The testing facilities are serviced by a cycling water system which not only saves water resource, but also effectively protects the environment.
SUNYEA carries out "Total Quality Manage System". It has strict quality inspection and qualitycontrol on every procedure, from raw materials to the finished products. Each piece of casting or forging is test for analysis of chemical elements and mechanical properties. Every main work piece is affixed with stamp of producer and inspector after processing, and each valve affixed with the stamp of the assembling and pressure testing operators. So that the quality of eachvalve is traceable and component and material is also traceable.
