Shanghai Shen Mo Die & Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd. established in 2000, is the subsidiary company of Shanghai Research Institute of Tool and Die Technology. Our company is located in NO.100 Chunxiao Road, Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai, where is near to the Shanghai Pudong International Air port and Subway Line 2 Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park Station. This part we should add some pictures in, such as the far drawing picture and the map between Zhangjiang and Pudong International Airport.
The Chairman of our company, Academician Ruan Xueyu, is a world-famous expert in metal forming, die & mold technology and CAD/ CAM/CAE. Our company owns 114 employees with world-class manufacturing equipments and technologies based on the advantage of technology and experienced engineers of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Our engineer-team with one Academician, three Masters and over forty undergraduates has set up good reputation in the fields of check fixture for stamped metal parts, frame assemblies, bumpers, headlights/taillights, and automobile glass/lamp stamping parts/exterior/interior trim. There are eighteen designers and sixty-five advance technology technicists working in our company.
Our manufacturing process begins with the customer approved design. Meeting with designers, our project manager will discuss details and schedules. Once the issue of how best to fabricate each of the components is decided, the project is schedule to be completed as the customer requires. The final assembly is CMM checked and certified to meet or exceed desired specification and tolerances. The skills of our CMM programmers make check fixture certification quick and accurate.
