Based on the rich expertise in LED lighting technology and LED lighting application experience, SINOINNOV focuses on LED packaging, LED lighting products R & D, manufacturing, sales, and LED lighting solution.
SINOINNOVO is headquatered in Dongguan Songshan Lake National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone (SSL Zone), Guangdong, China. The R & D team is headed by the experts from Guangdong Initially Introduced Innovative Science Research Team and the Research Centre for Wide Band-Gap Semiconductors of Peking University. The principal shareholders include Dongguan SINONITRIDE Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd, Dongguan Guangda Group, and Peking University. SINONITRIDE focuses on semiconductor substrates e.g. GaN substrate, GaN/Al2O3 composite substrate, and patterned sapphire substrate, and the facility manufacturing e.g. Micor-area Laser Lift Off Machine which produces the mentioned substrate materials. Guangda Group known as a property developer in Dongguan is the principal investor. In Peking University and SSL Zone, SINOINNOVO has R & D and testing centres, and our manufacturing bases are located in SSL Zone and Qishi Town, Dongguan.
