HITOC slitting and rewinding equipments are used by flexible packaging and converting companies to convert the full width printed/laminated reel production by the Rotogravure/ Lamination machines into multiple reels corresponding to the width of the final production design. We focus on high modularity and automation, by adopting the advantages of world class slitting machine manufacturers we succeed in our own HS300 and HS400 high speed compound slitting machines, HR300 rewinding machine and inspection machine, with compact design, ideal slitting quality and reasonable price.

1. Alloy cast iron wall frame, same as rotogravure printing press: high strength low stress, with second aging treatment, eliminating inner stress, ensures a strong body to work at 400m/m without shaking and vibration. Nickel plated key parts for better appearance and rust proof. All the bolts and screws are made of stainless steel 304 from Shanghai. Machine manufacturing and installation is in conformity with ISO9001:2000 standards.
