Zhejiang Qiaoming Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. is a modern high & new tech enterprise, specialized in R&D, production, marketing, and technical service support of LED products. We have complete production conditions, comprehensive supplementary facilities, abundant technologic power, and sufficient R&D capacity for series products development.
R&D capacity: we have been investing over 10% of our annual sales revenue for technologic development. Our company has set up several technical departments, such as New Product Developing, Technologic Developing, Laboratory, and etc., which are responsible for new product development and technical improvement. Moreover, we have been cooperating with Shenzhen University and other institutes to provide technical support for our integral development through production-study-research projects.
Production equipments and facilities: we have set up a standard ultra-clean workshop, which has been equipped with international advanced ASM automatic die bonder, wire bonder, glue dispenser, optical-chromatic separator, and other automatic production lines. We also have 4 large-scale LED production lines and complete supplementary equipments. Furthermore, we have introduced sufficient inspecting and testing equipments, such as LED tester, spectrum analyzer, light intensity analyzer, cold/hot impact tester, and etc.
Management capacity: our company is strictly managed under modern enterprise system. We have been taking the business philosophy of faith, cooperation, innovation, service, study, speed, fair, and responsible, to establish comprehensive management regulations.
