WUHAN HONGJIN XULONG NEW MATERIAL CO., LTD. (HJPM, for short) was set up as WUHAN HONGJIN POLYMER MATERIAL CO., LTD. in 2004, concentrating on the production of PVB interlayer films for high-end laminated safety glass to fulfill the main applications range from Automobile, Architecture to Photovoltaics.
HJPM now increases the register capital to 1,500 US Dollars, more than twice initial establishment, and has developed to be the China leading manufacturer with industry integration ability of both PVB film and its raw material polyvinyl butyral resin. We operate 3 productions lines (max width 3,500 mm) to get 25,000 tons films per year, in our own industrial park of 200 square kilometers. Besides, we produce PVB resins by ourselves after the acquisition of a top grade factory SHANGHAI HAIDUN PLASTICS CO., LTD., with annual yield 5,000 tons at present and soon will double when our material base is up and running.
HJPM cooperates with Huazhong University of Science and Technology to build a School-Enterprise R&D Center. We source the raw material from DUPONT, 100% prime, without any recycle of scraps or off-cuts in production. Our customers include those famous brands like FUYAO, PILKINGTON, WYP, TM Glass, AiTeJi, Lihu, Mingchi, GUANDA, Saint-Gobain, SYP, CSG, TG, HBG, SNY, LIAOYUAN, SUNGLAS, WuHua TianBao, Zhuoyu, SANYI, GOLDEN GLASS, RIXIN, DuPont, and etc.
HJPM is a SGS audited supplier, and the first ISO/TS16949 qualified producer of PVB film in China. Our products have passed the authentication of China SQGTC and Russia GOST, and CE in pending.
