Our ZhouShan Dinghai Jinhua Plastic Machinery Factory is a specialized manufactory which engages in researching and machining various kinds of screws and barrels for injection molding machines. It founded in 1994 named Zhoushan Hongli Machinery Factory. Then in April,2002 it changed to ZhouShan Dinghai Jinhua Plastic Machinery Factory who has occupied 12000square meters area, 126 employees, high technician 16 persons. Has founded 3 Sales Branch which is in North of China , Northeast of China and East of China. And the sales Amount is $32 Million, Annual production is more than 10 thousand sets.
And we have introduced many advanced equipments and process from overseas largely. The equipments which have been introduced to our company are as follows: varieties of Machines more than 100sets, thereinto Whirlwind Milling 12 sets, Deep Hole Drilling & Boring Machine 20sets, and Numerical Control Precision Machine Tools more than 30sets. Based on the equipments mentioned above and our hard working, we have had the ability to volume-produce high-precision screws and barrels for extrusion machines.&n bsp;
Our materials used for screw is : V4, V10, S90V? for CPM tool Steels , SACM645, 38CrMoALA, 34CrAlNi7?for Nitriding steels, and so on.
Heat Treatment, Nitriding Treatment, Vacuum quench, and so on .
Surface treatment: PTA alloy, chrome plating, titanizing, nickel plating, and tungsten carbide, etc.
Our main customer of overseas: 3M company of USA , UBE of Japan , LS of Korea, and so on.
