Established in 1998, Hotwell Electronics (Shenzhen) Ltd is devoted to
manufacturing
Regular DVD players, portable DVD players, DVB-T receivers and car DVD
players. Our 10,000-square-meter factory houses over 600 skilled
employees, four production lines, a molding workshop, SMT machines, NC
machines and plastic injection machines. Our annual capacity is
300,000 units. 90% of our products are exported to Europe, the US,
Russia, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. Fifty OEM/ODM clients have
been sourcing from us for six years. Including Emerson and Akira etc.
Strong R&D ability
Our three subsidiary companies are committed to incorporating the
latest technologies into our DVD players. Twenty R&D engineers with
five years of industry experience on average can design one to two new
models monthly. Currently, there are over 20 models for your
selection. You can leave your design requests to our R&D team.

Our 40 QC staff are distributed into every production line to monitor
the production processes. They all have over five years of working
experience. Our key components are sourced from Europe, the US, Japan
and Korea. All raw materials comply with GB2828-2003 standards. Our
stable supply chain is guaranteed by 200 material suppliers working
with us since our establishment. Product quality certificates are CE,
FCC, CCC.
