Jiangnan Boilers and Pressure Vessels (Zhangjiagang) Co Ltd (Jiangnan Boilers) is located in Zhangjiagang City of Jiangsu Province, China, on the south bank of the lower reaches of the Yangtsi River. It faces Shanghai in the east, Suzhou and Wuxi in the south, Changzhou and Nangjing in the west and Nantong in the north across the river.
Jiangnan Boilers was set up in 1970. It owns more than 500 staffs, a complete set of production equipment (including clipper, plate bender, overhead traveling crane with crab, vertical lathe and magnetic powder inspection machine, etc.) At present, it wins the License of fabricating pressure vessel of class ?, ?and ? and the same Certificate of design pressure vessels, Certificate A of boilers? manufacturing. Jiangnan Boilers holds the ASME certificate of Authorization issued by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors since passed the ASME Review successfully in November 1998. And now we also have the certificate of ISO9001-2000idt.
Jiangnan Boilers productive capacity has reached 15000 tons per year. We manufactures the internal parts of DN1000 synthetic tower, supplying series of pressure vessels such as exchanger, reaction vessel, separator, storage and delivery vessel for chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, medicine, oil and chemical industries. Close business cooperation relationships have been established and kept between the factory such as Baoshan Iron and Steel Corporation, Yangtsi Petrochemistry Corporation, Dalian Petrochemistry Corporation, Jiujiang Petrochemistry Corporation, Daqing Petrochemistry Corporation, Jinshan Petrochemistry corporation, many chemical fertilizes factories, and many foreign companies such as, SECCO, BASF and SPX, etc.
