Up to now we have skilled workforce of over 120 people with average experience for 5 years.

Equipped with advanced tooling machines imported from Japan, Germany, Switzerland etc, and adopt international advanced system-CAE /CAD/CAM in mould design and manufacturing,? we are able to make the?type of moulds range from basic open shut to complex designs incorporating lifters, multiple slides, unscrewing, hot runner, hot runners with valve shutoffs, overmolds, two-shot molds etc. The size range is from molds for 50 ton to 2000 ton machines.

Since established, PEMOULD have gained great reputation because of the on-time delivery and high quality. We have strict quality and delivery?control using IM3 professional mold management system ERP. The on-time delivery rate is up to 98% and the successful first test rate is up to 90%.
