ShangHai BenLiu Precision Mould Co., Ltd., is a professional enterprise in researching, design and manufacturing of plastic injection moulds, plastic products and injection processing of plastic components and parts.
Our mainly line is for the following:
--Mould and products for electrical tools, plastic tool case, plastic stationery, light products, shell of electrons, auto parts and civilian consumer goods etc.
--we have our own injection machines, can also help you to manufacture the product according
to your exist mould.
--we can processing and making various products according the customer?s drawing and samples.
--we also offer secondary operation to meet the different clients, such as screen print, pad print, electroplate, spraying and final parts assembling and packaging.
Our factory located in Nanxiang science and technology industry parks, Jiading district, Shanghai China, the occupied area of the factory covers a floor space of 5000SM. We employ a workforce of approximately 120 staff members, including over 20 high skilled engineers and designers to proceed with the CAD-CAM using PRO-E and MASTER CAM system for mold design and tooling. The workshop with about 60 workers is equipped with advanced machine tools such as EDM, CNC millers, Wire cut and precision lathes for mold making. Precision measuring instruments of projectors, digital microscope, Linear height measuring meter etc. are used for quality assurance.
