Oubao established in 1987,which was the earliest professional manufactory of door closer in mainland.The headquaters is in No.68,Baiyin Road,Jiading Dist.Shanghai.
Oubao consist of five industries,which are Shanghai Oubao Industry Company,Shanghai Cadiloubao Hareware Co.,Ltd,Shanghai Chaoxian Industry Company,Wenzhou Oubao Hardware Co,Ltd,and Endi Oubao (Hongkong) Co,Ltd.The five manufacturing foundations in Shanghai Jiading,Shanghai Jinshan,Wenzhou Louqiao and Wenzhou Loudong occupate more than 100,000 sqm land and have 96,000 sqm building area.
The output of door closer will reach 6 million per year,which means Oubao is one of the largest door closer manufactory.The product range is from auto door closer,electrical door closer,intelligent lock,mute lock to lock for bank guard against tag along after gate. The production value will reach 600 million RMB.80% of product was exported to European and American countries.Distribution channels cross 80 countries in the world.
Oubao joins in drafting out National Setor Standard QB/T 2698 door closer QB/T2697 Floor hinges.Having the certificate of UL,UL10C,ETL,ITS of American,TUV,CE,SP of European,EN1154 in 2004,ANSI 156.4PI,2 million cycles lifespan in 2005,which is the first professional door closer manufactory,achieved these two highest certificate of testing standard.
Testing lab in Shanghai technique centre could do the test of door closer and floor hinge,which apply for the Euro standard EN1154 and America standard ANSI156.4.There are also communication and cooperation with international authoritative test lab ot TUV in Germany,ETL,SEMKO,UL in America,Oubao also is the consultant of EN1154 and ANSI156.4 in China.
