Founded in 1998, Chongqing Zongshen General Power Machines is a public-listed company at Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with the Securities Code of 001696. We specialize in the R&D, manufacture and sales of engines. Our main products are general power gasoline engines, generators, water pumps, tillage machines, diesel engines, and diesel generators.
We have established very close relationships with branded enterprises from at home and abroad such as MTD. The annual output of completed products such as generators, water pumps and tillage machines has reached about 300000 sets. The output of gasoline engines has reached 1 million sets. We produce more than 2 million units of engines and more than 1.5 million units of diesel and agriculture machines annually.
Our products are mainly exported to the USA, Europe and South America, totally more than 100 countries and regions. At the same time, we offer technology support and after-sales services.
Since 2000, our subsidiary-Zongshen Engine Manufacture Co., Ltd. has been awarded as one of the "Top 50 industry enterprises in Chongqing" for many years. In August, 2003, "Zongshen" brand was officially identified as the most famous brand in China. In July 2004, Zongshen Engine Manufacture Co., Ltd. was assessed as one of "Top 500 Chinese Machinery industry enterprises" by Chinese Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association and Machinery Industry Economic Managing Academy. In August, 2004, "Zongshen" brand motorcycles and engines won the title of "China Famous Brand Products". In September, 2004, we were awarded as "National Quality Management Advanced Enterprise". In March, 2005, we won "Management Model Enterprise" certificate issued by China Machinery Industry Federation, as well as one of China's Top 500 machinery industry enterprises.
